CS8414 to DF1704 wiring

I am trying to create a home made dac with the PCM1704 DAC's from BB.
but I am having a little trouble figuring out how to connect the CS8414 reciever to DF1704 filter! i hope some one in here is able to help me with my little problem.
Also can it be right that most of the pins on the DF1704 IC has to be connected to ground?

any other pointers are also welcome

Just incase you where wondering YES! this is my first DAC project. 😉
