Useless location for the heat sinks, out in the middle of the board. Individual clip on heat sinks probably limit 1 hour rating to 10 watts.
Looks like a poor clone. The originals used TO3’s - on larger heat sinks mounted out in the middle of the board - where the fan blows.
That’s true of any amplifier. The only way to save money is by getting stuff for free(ie, burnt out donor amplifiers) or pennies on the dollar surplus (computer grade caps, heat sinks, chassis materials and transformers). At regular Digikey prices, expect to spend two thousand bucks building a $400 amplifier.

The mid-board heatsinks are drivers. The main devices are off the ends so they can screw to a big plate.
The schematic is shown in the video.
