Anybody ever think about installing the White Oak Phase Linear circuit board in a DC300A? I asked them about getting a blank board but no answer, I have all of the parts in stock so I only need the board. The DC300A I have has been really butchered from previous repair attempts along with the fact that many of the parts are NLA I just may have to bite the bullet and get the whole kit from White Oak.

That's the one. Change the various resistors on the output boards to PL specs. Possibly replace a couple of resistors on the input stage due to the lower power supply voltages of the Crown xfmr. Replace all of the driver/output xsistors with On Semi. Should make for a new up to date amplifier with currently AVAILABLE parts. Mounting the PCB shouldn't be too difficult. If I didn't have sooooo many projects going I would go for it.

White Oak looks like the hypothetical driver board I was writing about way back. If it will fit, go for it. Pity there is no schematic. Use your old transformer, rectifier, caps, fan, output transistors, heat sinks case breaker, power switch, cord, RF filter.
