My Crown IC150 pre-amp has developed an intermittent chip on the left channel. Problem is the chip number is SL 60113 by National Semiconductors and I can't find a reference to this anywhere.
Could anyone suggest an equivalent or upgrade etc ? I'm based in the UK.

Crown keeps the manuals archived on their website -- IC130 and 230 are LF356H, IC's in the phono section are. # 100,200 are LM301.
You can replace these with LM4562 -- and the change will be pretty astounding
EDIT: Use the LME49710 -- it's the single --
