crown 5000vz

can someone please tell me why my crown 5000vz will show as if it is working good but it is not... the problem is that the both green light will blink normal to signal but no audio on one channel

Please double check the amp operating mode is set correctly for your setup.

Please note high voltage will be at the output and inside the amp.
