Hi all,
I have crown 1400 CSL.It have c8187-4 and 8188-2 transistors. Two of c8187 died.I managed to get 103286-1 from Crown 2400 amp(dont know exact model).I wasnt able to find any datasheet,so my question is can i substitute c8178 with 103286.I would be greateful for any info. Thanks in advance,Dario

Those are Crown house numbers, data sheets would exist only for the generic part. Did you contact Crown about getting what you need? Always good to have the exact part. And are there any numbers of letters stamped on the old parts? Crown graded some of their power transistors, and you should get new ones of similar grade.

"I alredy order c8187 from ebay,"

Don't even bother with trying to use them. Unless the are genuine Crown, and with the same -X gain group, they will not work (reliably).

You would be much better off to order the correct parts, or to buy genuine ON Semiconductor MJ15024 (8487-x), MJ15025 (8188-x) pairs from an authorized distributor.

All three outputs in each quadrant must match.
