Crossovers for speakers with horns

Something like this? - never used the phaseplot before. Assuming that we want minimal "phase-change" around the cross-over?

No, unfortunately. One phase for the woofer and one phase for the tweeter.

After some simulation I came to the conclusion that maybe the best way foward was to try different positions for the horn.
Before moving horn: horn in phase or antiphase. Both bad...

By moving the horn 15mm forward I can get this with the same filter and setup:
Looks much better to me.

The front will be a bit more complicated, but acceptable if the filter becomes easier
