Nelson posted this simple crossover for use with the SAL 08c08 with a 15" Eminence woofer on an open baffle. Any idea what the crossover point is for the woofer using this crossover ? I have a feeling the impedance rise at resonance will make calculations rather complicated .

R1 is parallel to the full range driver. Assuming this driver has an impedance of 8 ohms, the combined impedance is 5.3 ohms. This impedance and C1 form a first order high pass filter. C=100 µF and R = 5.3 ohms yield a -3 dB frequency of 300 Hz. Therefore the crossover frequency will be somewhere around this frequency.
L1 is large because it probably also compensates for the dipole (bass) roll off, so its value cannot be used to estimate the crossover frequency.
