I have come across many crossovers with damaged power supplies. It uses tl494 with s9013 transistors with 1k base resistors.
These transistors are obsolete I want to find out the best replacement with necessary changes to run it smoothly. Thank you.

I generally used a TO-126 or TO-220 transistor hard-wired and clamped to the bottom cover.
In many of these, I found leaky capacitors that caused additional loading on the supply and in a few instances, leaky diodes.

May I know which transistor you used in specific? I will do the same.I generally used a TO-126 or TO-220 transistor hard-wired and clamped to the bottom cover.

It's been about 10 years so I'm not sure. I likely used the D44VH10 and the IRFZ44 (with a reconfiguration of the drive circuit) most of the time.
Something like the KSC2690 should work. The BD139 may also work but the frequency is fairly high if I remember correctly so they may run hot.
