Another boombox builder here needing help:
I'm using two Monacor Sp-60 (8ohm) woofers and Monacor DT-25N for tweeters. I don't know anything about crossovers and such, so can I just use a single capacitor for filter like it is recommended with the Dayton ND16FA-6 tweeters? And if so, what value should they be?

Although it is only a boombox, with the low cost of ready made amp modules today, I d still go active and build a XOVR using Opamps. So you need not worry about impedance compensation, speaker - filter interactions and the like.
