Part says:
SEN-1116
other side says 13409 and in smaller type 0519
This is a 1.13" square device 0.375" high with 1/4" tabs on it.
Seems to be high quality black anodized and machined aluminum with dark blue-green epoxy encapsulant on the tab side.

And the tabs are all parallel except the + one at 90 degrees?
SOunds like a typical 35A or maybe 25A bridge. What is it used in, to decide on 200v or 400v or whatever?
For example, from Mouser:
625-GBPC3502-E4

..was hoping to use it in my F5 - bought it because it was marked and thought I could find some mention of specs online.
Based on your info and a google search, I would guess it's from Sensitron but I can't find a matching p/n. '0519' is probably a date code -- I'd guess 19th week of 2005.
If Sensitron, they make a variety of diodes including Schottky and Silicon Carbide, so you may have something pretty fancy.
It wouldn't hurt to send them an email and ask.
