Got the power supply board repaired again .
I pushed on various parts of the board and twisted the transformers and the amp idle current never changed .
How long should I let this idle to see if any problems arise ?

Try heating and freezing (canned air inverted) various components. Have the FETs clamped to the heatsink when doing this.
I don't have a time that you should do this. Connect it to an extra supply with a 10 amp fuse and let it idle while you work on other amplifiers. If there's no hurry, do this for a couple of days.

I found the issue with the amp . Not sure how to fix the issue .
No matter how short you cut the middle legs of the fets I have them even with the bottom of the board now .
The issue is the bottom of the board somehow touches the heatsink and grounds out the board to the heatsink so I have battery plus touching ground

Glue a strip of something like medium-thick fishpaper to the terminals. The terminals won't cut through that.
I think that’s what’s grounding out I don’t see anything touching .
What’s happening is everything is fine until I start putting the spring clamps back on and as soon as I do battery + shorts to the heatsink . I’ve checked and triple checked and so t see anything touching but same result as soon as the spring clamps are being installed the battery + shorts to the heatsink

I finally got it I changed the sil pad out to new and that took are of the problem there must be a rip in it somewhere that’s not visible .
Now to power the amp up and see if everything is fine

Amp is up and running it’s been playing on the bench for an hour perfectly fine .
Thanks again for the help greatly appreciate it
