So I've seen tons of threads throughout the internet on changing a Speaker Out into a Line Out, not the reverse.
I bought an Orange 100 watt bass combo amp which comes with a Line Out & Direct out, but no speaker out. Is there any possible way to use one of these as a speaker out to add a cab?

No. The line out needs to go to an amp to be able to power the speaker. You could consider the amp your "Line Level to Speaker Level" converter. 😉
The second cab needs an amp, if you want to use the direct or the line out.

The reason a combo amp does not have a speaker out is that its internal speaker already is the full load the amp was designed for. Adding another speaker would overload the amp circuit.
Many combo amps have extra speaker output jacks for adding extra cabs. I'm guessing the output is NOT tube on yours so increasing the "load" (decreasing the total ohms) via a parallel jack would create risk. A series wired jack (which would also be switching) would actually reduce load-risk when employed, but would also reduce total output wattage. However, it could increase “fullness,” and spatial dispersion. And if you have additional room on the volume knob, could achieve what you may be seeking.
A differently wired switching jack could transfer the signal from the internal speaker to ONLY the remote cabinet and would have no affect on load or risk if the external cab is the same impedance (ohms) as the internal speaker.
There are several options depending on your goal and equipment.
