Currently looking for a new project, I thought that a new pair of loudspeakers would be an excellent idea. With all these "clones" like the ProAC2.5 etc. I had the chance to listen to them a weekend and I found them extraordinary so I'm thinking of building Paradigm Monitor 11 clone.
However, Paradigm are a bit shy to provide which brand of speaker they're using in their product (of course) and I can't get all the needed info from the web.
Anyone own a pair of these ? Anyone heard them and want to share their thoughts about it ?
If anyone here has information related to the Paradigm Monitor Serie (dimension, speaker brand, crossover etc...) I'd appreciate discussing about it.
Thanks !
quickly here's some specs :
94db Room/91db Anechoic
On Axis (0°) ±2dB from 48Hz - 20kHz /
Off Axis (30°) ±2dB from 48Hz - 18kHz
5-driver, 2-1/2way bass reflex, quasi - 3rd order resistive port

Yeap, I own some paradigm performance series, all their speakers are made within their own facilities. Go to their website you might be able to find links to their factory showing pics regarding their injection-molding machines (for monitor series cone i guess), and assembly glues dust-caps line....etc.

i like the studio 100's there nice, crisp clear sound. But i found that they have to much bass. there ment for recievers like sony or pioneer witch doesnt have lots of bass.
