I recently saw a auction on Ebay where was sold a double crown TDA1541.... now it ended.. no comment can describe my surprise when I saw the final price!

It does seem that there are some people who think that the more money they throw at their system, the better it'll sound.
It doesn't bode well for ordinary DIY'ers when good components get into the hands of "Speculators".

You can find some at slightly more than 7 euro, if I hadn't already bought some "regular" ones...
