Hello All,
I am fixing an old Amstrad deck, it has a 'flashing lights' section, it is as tacky as it is retro. The transistor that drives the lights has blown, it is a CR2AM Mitsubishi thyristor.
CR2AM Datasheet pdf - MITSUBISHI SEMICONDUCTOR (THYRISTOR) LOW POWER USE NON-INSULATED TYPE, GLASS PASSIVATION TYPE - Mitsubishi Electric Corporation
It doesnt seem to be in production anymore. Can someone clever recommend a replacement please?
Many thanks
Charlie
