Threads like this without a good picture or two are pretty useless. Please post a few and someone should be able to answer your questions.
WIMA is a German company, so anything coming from another country for less should be suspect (except for authorized distributors)...
Also they published detailed datasheets of their products, so you can compare your sample against how it should look like:

no, its a 100V cap as marked. The leg length is normal and is needed for belt fed placement machines. Just 'we' don't see those very often, cause caps sold for manual placement and soldering get their leads cut somewhere in the distribution chain.
