The past production runs had big number of "infant mortality"and caused to stop production for several days and the process scrutinized. Keeping in mind that the non-functional product seemed like a damaged component and counterfeit was not even in the dictionary.
Luckily having a quality system in place allowed us to tick the boxes and eventually isolate the cause to purchasing, then consulting with Infineon, and their advice of counterfeiting did we order X-Rays😱.
