Could you identify this part?

Hi all, I received a bunch of items and this one I could not identify.

It looks like it is not. Putting an ohmmeter between the 2 "C" terminals reads a few ohms whatever the polarity is. The same goes if I read between the "In" and "Out". Resistence is infinite between any "C" and "In" or "Out".

What you measure is compatible with a line/RF filter.
A low DC resistance L from input to output, "maybe" same between grounds ("C" might mean "common" , oldspeak for Ground) and one or more low value capacitors from hot to ground.

*If* you were wishing to analyze it or something, drive it with a sweep signal, load it with something, 10K is as good as anything else to start, and measure/trace what comes out.
