Could some1 tell me the specs of the PSone LCD screen by Sony ?

I'm looking for the specs of the psone screen manufactured by Sony (not the other ones ..).I'd like to know the exact resolution and why not the model number of the panel.

scph-131 is 320 x 240 native ... i:e if you phsically calculate it..as i did...
