My 5 channel amp has 2 Cornell Dubilier 23000UF 85V Electrolytic Capacitor DCMX233M085CB2B DCMC in it. What would be some good choices to upgrade to being as these are getting older. Would I benefit by going to a larger cap as well?

If you are not having any problems, highly unlikely there is anything wrong with them.
If you just want to spend money then replace them with the same voltage and then look for the same or higher capacitance that is a similar size (diameter).

First make a list of available in-stock capacitors that will fit, then choose from that.
There likely won't be that many.

Measure the capacitance with a meter. Available on Amazon or eBay.
Charge them up to their rated voltage and see if there is any leakage (less voltage than you charged them to) after a few hours.
Doubt anything is wrong with them if it is a working amp.

Ok cool, I have a digi multi so I will check that out.
Amp is working great, I emailed the manufacturer to ask about any benefit in replacing these, since these are older, wondering if the technology or materials have changed or if I have room to upgrade the size caps for better performance.

Though I need to still measure mine, I found this interesting document. According to this white paper document the bung is exactly an indicator showing end of life of a capacitor (provided it doesn't fail to do its job), which I had not known until reading this. It states that the bung will come up with pressure as it reaches end of life. Not much on the net really about this at all. However, these aren't terribly expensive at all to replace, if needed. I did message CDE about this as well to see what they say.
I did do an image search on google to try and compare bung lengths for people selling and what not, what I found was all different results, some completely flush, some recessed and some out as far as mine, and some further. Quite interesting.
