Copper foil on electrolytic caps, wa

Copper foil on electrolytic caps like MF are doing with their blue print service, whats the deal, logic or thought? Shielding? They are typically in an ally can already.

Anyone try this.They do not even seem to ground them for eg.

the aluminium housing of an electrolytic is loosely coupled to the -ve electrode.

The MF site says; Pure copper noise nulling screen fitted to PSU caps

Nobody any thoughts on this.
I have put some foil on PSU caps in my phono and now on my int amp, things seem a little more focussed and tighter but hard to do an ABA.....
