Cooler speaker help needed

Hi all.

I'm new to this board and a total noob at DIY audio. About a year ago I put together a cooler speaker to take to the beach with me and tried to use a bluetooth mp3 decoder (Here) for extra input options. The problem is that when the MP3 decoder is hooked to the amplifier (Here) I am getting a loud humming and thumping.

I built everything into the walls of the cooler so the interior could still hold ice and beer. I am running two 6X9 speakers on the side and one 8 inch subwoofer on the front. Playing it directly from the 3.5mm jack it sounds great. Lots of volume and plays for 5-6 hours on a charge. I would just like to have bluetooth capabilities.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am running a 3.5 mm jack off of the auxilary and plugging my phone directly with no problem. I connected the mp3 through the 3.5 jack and I still get the humming and the thumping. The thumping starts when I switch input channels on the mp3 board and keeps going like it's stuck in a loop.
