Constructing a frame for the LCD

What has everyone been using? YWH in particular. To me, getting all the electronics working is a breeze, but I'm baffaled when it comes to building a frame so that the LCD stays in place and the ribbons are secure, etc. I thought about using plexiglass, and painting over the parts not covering the screen, but there has to be a better way to do it than that.

If you buy a cheap picture frame, you can mount the lcd to the glass using superglue and then it is permanant (for less permanent use back to back tape). Before hand you can paint the border black. Rememer, once you glue, its there forever. Just a suggestion. If you can find anti refelctive type glass online I would think thats even better.
