The layout is OK ... more or less. 😛

1.) There are no "Low Z" -mu- output (from Q1 source).
2.) If you use only Rset (recommended), the "upper" leg of resistor not tied to "-".

BTW Q1 dissipation is practically minimal, so heatsinking is unnecessary.
