I recently built a Sangaku and whenever I plug headphones into the 1/4 jack there is a persistent clicking sound. It's reminiscent of a chain moving through a gear, I've attached a video below. (it's very quiet, you may need to turn the volume up quite a bit.) This is most prominent on my Beyer T5p, although it's almost as present on my Beyer T70 (the 250 ohm version), Sennheiser HD800s, and less so on the Hifiman HE400i. It's basically nonexistent on the SJY Moonlight or HIfiman HE6se (not surprisingly). I'm not sure where I could have gone wrong here. The only thing I'm missing right now is the 3 switches for the front and the front and rear panels. I used a bit of cable to connect everything in the place of that. Any ideas what could be causing this?
Source is a Ayre Acoustics Codex and I already checked that.

It seems the video didn't attach. Not able to post it right now but I'm sure you can imagine the clicking.
Also I apologize for my sub-standard soldering. Just pretend none of the parts are on crooked.

It happens on both channels. Forgot to mention that it doesn't happen on the preamp section.Does it happen to both channels or only one?
What opamps did you use? This happens if you use an OPA552 or other opamp that is not unity gain stable...
Actually I do. Unfortunately there's not really a different spot for my router, so I'll have to bring this amp and a dac to a different room. If that's the issue I have no clue how I'll fix it.Do you have a WIFI router near by?
I adhered to the BOM pretty strictly. The only thing that I deviated on is the potentiometer (Alps 10KAX2). Opamps are OPA551.What opamps did you use? This happens if you use an OPA552 or other opamp that is not unity gain stable...
Moved the amp away from my router and into a completely different room and the issue persisted. Seems it's not the router.Do you have a WIFI router near by?
Switches came in and are installed, so there is a bit more info on the issue. The clicking is persistent regardless of input, and the clicking is significantly louder on low gain. On low gain it's almost entirely on the right side, and on high gain it's equal on both sides. I double checked all the solder joints and they seem fine. Really not sure what could be causing this.
FIXED IT! So, I took a close look at the circuit board and the example picture on Pete's website and I noticed that the spot where there was a blank resistor was soldered in, something I had not done. Dabbed some solder in the holes and suddenly the clicking is gone completely. If anyone else finds they are having this issue, that was my fix.
