I've built a number of chip and D-class. Looking for a new project with equal or greater power to the lm3886.
The only SS amp Im familiar with is the ESP P3A but it's not mentioned very often these days and last time I checked PCBs were a bit expensive.
Is this still a great amp, what else is recommended?
- ideally cheap to build
- 60-100w is plenty.
- 4/8r suitable
- Happy to build a clone or buy from China etc

A lot of options here, but because I built PeeCeeBee V4 GB! and PeeCeeBee V4H GB I will recommend them .
I don't know what you are used to, but $26 for a PCB and design and help is a damned BARGAIN, IMO!!! Rod's projects WORK and sound excellent!!
Unfortunately my current location nearly doubles that.
Still reasonable for a proven design but very interested to hear what else is recommended.
