I have two 18v-0-18v 160VA transformers and i want to connect them together to get 18v-0-18v and 320VA. they both are the same make/model etc. they both have dual secondries. should i use dual bridges?

I'd use separat bridges and PS caps. One transformer per chanel. Theis way no interference between the chanels and the amps always see 1000.0 uF per rail (If 1000uF is your choice).

can i just connect it up after the rectifiers?

then you can attach 3 amplifiers to the first transformer en the other 3 amplifiers to the second transformer. (Just like GregC said, but then 3 amplifiers for each transformer)
I don't know what the other thread is, but
if it's for a 5.1 amplifier:
Transformer 1: Front-Left, Rear-Left, Front-Center
Transformer 2: Front-Right, Rear-Right, Sub
if it's for stereo, but tri-amped:
Transformer 1: all channels for left
Transformer 2: all channels for right.
You could also use Transformer 1 to feed the bass-amplifiers for both speakers, and Transformer 2 for mid & high of both the speakers.

i have already built the amplifier and all the channels' power rails are connectted together. will office boy's suggestion work?
Well yes insjhort it will...however you get better seperation using seperate supplies for ur Amps...
matt if I may make a suggestion......connect them after the bridge but place some current limiting resistors in before each bridge.....that way both transformers will only draw their rated load
