Hmm, this wasn't listed as a criteria. The paper won't, unless rolled off ~5dB from aneochoically flat. I didn't look at the other, but with its lower Fs it might,though I sure wouldn't want to push either of them that low.
In a ML-TL, the paper unit was aneochoically flat to 80Hz, good enough to mate to a sub at 80Hz/4th.
