hii WHG .. you think that the phase plug should be so long?
first of all .. I explain why I need this mid horn , in the picture you can see the boxes where the horns will be accommodated. the enclousers were born to be 2-way with a rcf 4823 horn .. to a first listen I was not happy, so I leave the 4823 instead of a medium whith the same panel dimensions of the rcf horn ..for the hight e put a small Faital Pro LTH102 in the big horn throat
now seen that u filter passively the mid\high @ c/a 2500Hz .. idid not think too much raise up the respose...
the horn in project is in a attach is a 20cm exponetial horn (exp oriz, conical vertical.)

Keep it smooth as possible.
About 1/2 as long as shown would be fine. Treat it as a Concept drawing only.
Extend round to rectangular transition over a longer distance. Use declining fillet radius to implement. Abrupt changes trigger HOM formation. WHG
