Have u tried searching for it? If u type in max transistor or max anything it pulls up anything with the word max in it which is pretty much any component ever made since they all have max ratings.

MAX is the SMD code. You look that up on a code conversion site, then look up the real part number.

That’s the ole muting transistor on the output card of many American Bass amps and others.
I can confirm that the transistor Perry posted in post #3 works as a suitable replacement.
