I really enjoyed building the ACA, and Bottlehead Reduction kit. I know there are some other audio kits out there (like the Elekit and Sunvalley stuff)

If you do a thorough investigation of what you like in frame materials and geometry, what kind and length of stem, width and type of handlebar, type and with of rims +++
If you want an electric motor it could be that choosing for instance a central motor like sdz2 or tsdz2 could be a good option together with an internal gear hub or perhaps a Shimano XT rear derailleur.
If there's an old steel frame that you have access to and like they can last indefinitely if you change the other parts to suit your liking. Fatter tires on a slightly smaller diameter wider rim can be a good solution for an old but good quality racer frame.
... Or you could start planning for some new speakers? That can take a couple of years pending on what you want.
