<all gone as of Jan 2024, thank you.>
As part of my miro DAC experiments I bought the last Burr-Brown marked PCM56P-J from Rochester and had a few boards made. They sound very nice indeed, but I have too many.

Completed board is on the way to New Mexico, chips and bare boards still available for this very nice NOS DAC.
I'm toatally game to try this, looking for a new project. Can you tell me a little about the end result? Whats the input? Have you tried it with a USB to PCM board?
Lots more than I can say here: https://www.diyaudio.com/community/threads/dac-ad1862-almost-tht-i2s-input-nos-r-2r.354078/
Input is i2s, so there are many integration possibilities.

OK, last question then I think I'm good to go with this. Is there a master parts list in the original link/post? What are those other surface mount IC chips? I assume they aren't already mounted on the board.

The SMD chips are the shift registers used to convert serial i2s to parallel for the DAC chip. Not mounted but not hard even its your first SMD.
