complementary fets for linestage output

Hi
I am looking for a p-channel fet to complement a irf513 or another pair to replace both.
Any good ideas are welcome.
My own knowlege of fets can be written in several copies on a stamp.
I can e-mail the diagram i am playing with, if it will be of any help.😕🙂

I found out that the type of fets that I need are called enhancement mode vertical Dmos.
Hope some Fet guru can help here.
