compensation network for tubeamplifier

Does anyone have a prog. or formulas to calculate a compensationnetwork.
In several commercial designs I find these things to smoothen the impendance.

This is indeed the thing I needed.
I'll now calculate the network for my system.
This a monacor SPP 165S driver in a 34 liter standbox ( 2 way system)
