Hey y'all I did indeed search but all i have found is one mention of ffc issues. A good friend just gave me a compaq 5017 seems like a great unit but i chickened out when i started to shread it and put it back together. You see i'm pretty good at wreakin stuff so i'm hopin someone may have some info on what these issues may be. Thanks for any help Jim
