Hello! Anyone that can help me figure out a replacment choke for a line filter in a amplifier? The part says MLF 16-004. T21 in service manual but nothing else. What could it be?
That is a 3Amp ish, common mode choke.
Available from most suppliers; Mouser, RS, Farnell etc. Even fleabay if you have nerves of steel!

Is it burnt out then?
Looks OK from your photo.
They come in all sorts of chapes and sizes.

Thanks mate! I will check that out.
It's making high pitch noise and coming smoke from it. Pulled it and tested with LCR meter and eatch coil are reading different values so i guessed it is bad?
Edit. I had another choke that i tested and both sides read the same inductance but this part read totaly different on each side.
