I need a couple 1.25mH inductors. I'll be combining a 1.00mH with a 0.25mH in series to get a 1.25mH. I've been told that inductors should be at least 2-in apart and at 90-degree angles. Is this still true when combining two? BTW, I'm using the 15-ga air-cores from Parts Express.
