Combining compression drivers in one horn?

Thanks for posting your experiences. Your foamcore horns look a lot like a pair I built last year. I used fullrange drivers, not compression drivers. Good fun.

Thanks Pano 🙂 I must credit xrk971 for the foam core inspiration they've put on this forum for so many years!

I'm also going to build a pair using a set of speakers like you've mentioned...well, partially. A full-range in the throat, and some woofers at the injection points. Listening to them is definitely better than having them littered all over the floor!

Mine with 3" FaitalPro drivers were rather good. I never did put woofers in the horns, tho. The foamcore was easy and cheap to prototype, but not the best material, not something for a final build. It buzzes too much.
