Hi Raj,
Thanks for the good job you are doing Raj. Apologies regarding the bias, use 5mV rather than 23mV as shown in post #1 .
kind regards,
Harrison.

builders needed
This amplifier is in a class of its own, it explores the edges of technology and challenges the concepts of T.H.D. and the perceptions on quasi complementary among others. This amplifier may very well be the best among the quasi according to the formula 😉
However do you find it acceptable, pleasing or not. To help us answer these questions and have a large field of respondents, kindly build to contribute to the state of the art. Experiment with the darlingtons you have available as others prefer flat paks and there are also cost related factors.
kind regards,
Harrison.

The LM3886 has been used in studio reference monitors and it is a quasi 😉, is the 1DIFFQC better ?
Hi Drow,
Could you provide a pcb for the new version using 2pairs of TIP142 per side rather than MJ11032 for Paul.
Thanks 🙂

Joel, you are getting very good .....

Could we move the input connector a little away from the incoming power. How about a 8 output transistor version 🙂
kind regards,
Harrison.

Due to the smartness and compactness of the layout you may consider moving the incoming power slightly left, that will clear it from the input.
