I'm thinking about whether I should connect the drivers in series or connect them in parallel.
I can put the boxes on top of each other because I have installed them in boxes.
I may try with CHP-90 and Maop10.2 first.
Then CHP-90 and 11MS.
Should I put the drivers as far away or as close as possible?

I have tried running CHP-90 and 11MS now.
It sounds good with 15° angle in 2 different boxes.
11MS with 16 liter and CHP-90 12 liter, both BR.
Both drivers have the same listening distance to the ear.
The base is reinforced with 11MS contributing.
Connected in parallel it is 4 ohms now.
Fun test with surprising results.
Will try CHP-90 and Maop10.2 later and Maop10.2 and 11MS too.

I unplugged the CHP90 and it was better than playing with both.
Do not know why?
Was it perhaps phase distortions or something else. Couldn't get the voices to be exactly between the speakers.
Well, it was more difficult is expected.
They sound good on their own.
Together, the sound stage is destroyed.

If they were at different angles the individual lobing patterns may have been favouring one over the other at different frequencies.. and that's just to begin with.
ooohhhhh.
I would never run 2 full range drivers side by side.
The frames, let alone the box would make it almost impossible to dial in a left pair, or the right pair, let alone dialing in the left 2 with the right 2.........
this is ok to my ears.
I would have made the frames touching though.....
but he moved on, added a ribbon and a crossover

For practical reason

PS: that video shows why YoUTube videos ar ekind of useless, the recording is poor
I tend to leave about 10mm. An example just posted in the CNH-110 Cab thread,I would have made the frames touching though...
