Color Codes

CAN SOMEONE PLS TELL ME THE COLOUR CODES OF MY HEADPHONE CABLE WIRES?
IT HAS 6 WIRES IN IT - RED,BLUE,WHITE,BLACK,YELLOW,GREEN.
PLS TELL ME WHAT EACH WIRE IS FOR (LEFT, RIGHT, COMMON ETC.)

It might help if you tell us which headphone you have.

You can normally ID the wires with a multimeter on ohms range. Listen for it clicking in each side but be careful of your ears... might be louder than you think. Having ID'd L and R you would have to listen in order to get the phase correct.

6 individual wires does seem odd though...

You may want to show us a picture of what you're looking at. It is likely R+,R-, ground. If you have 2x 3-pin XLR, there is a typical wiring scheme that you can look up on wikipedia
