Hi everyone.
Im planning on building some inwall speakers using Seas 6.½" coax. units. Perhaps with pwm-amp. modules glued on the back.
They would be placed in some plasterwalls.
Does anyone have any ideas to alternate units/amps?
Kindly Per.

Sorry, Per, but I have never heard loudspeakers sounding good in plaster walls.
(I would like to say that plastered walls destroy the sound in a room anyway, but there are so many americans in this forum...)
And glueing an amp board on the back of a loudspeaker frame is maybe a not so good idea either.
What special reason do you have for all this ?
It would make sense with many loudspeakers in the ceiling for a pub, or anything like that. No Hifi.
Klaus
ps: The Seas coaxials can sound very good - in good loudspeakers.
