Coax-Like Connector on Denon UD-M3 Compact Stereo

I believe this is an original connector with nothing missing on the back of this Denon mini-system, used for FM source connection. I've done a search for UD-M3 images and confirmed there is nothing missing here (ie a plastic insert). The square plastic connector with a wire sitting atop the unit, slips into the pin of this coax-like connector. It is what came with the unit as an antenna. Highly unusual, never seen something like this. Anyone seen this before? Is there a female connector that might make more sense to use on the antenna side?

I realize I'm a bit late here on the follow up, but the connection is European in nature, some sellers are calling it a PAL coax and I've attached a picture of one I just bought off of amazon, $1.77 shipped from HK for a pair. Similar to the RS one, but cheaper!
