Now if we could show all those people on ebay that keep buying used monitors for this much or more so they would stop buying at those prices and supporting overpriced items. When you look at a used monitor and figure you might expect to pay $40 or so on it because it's as-is and then see it go for $90 it makes no sense. Do these people even shop around? AAARRRRGGG!!! I'm getting one that is working from someone from this forum but this kind of thing is still irritating. I'm tempted to copy your copy of the shortcut and send it to a bunch of the people getting ready to be ripped off.
Yup.. People on ebay get caught up in a bidding frenzy sometimes and end up paying more than the value of the piece. I've been there myself.
Anyhoo, this price is only good until the 21st but being watchfull is the key. I have been researching and shopping for a DIY capable monitor for over a month. Gonna start with an OHP version to get my feet wet and then try one of the other excellent designs I've seen on this forum.

Is there anyone selling those CMV's internationally, they are extremely rare in Europe, and in Germany they cost (529A) something like 279 EUR. Icuepc and Newegg don't sell & ship internationally. If you could get the panel for $170 then it would cost about 200 EUR with shipping and taxes.
