thread seems to be dead...

I to wish to make this as a side project.
Does anyone still have a STA310 code, schematics and additional documents about STA310 from ST that were mentioned in this thread?
If yes, can you PM me so I can give you my email?

Or did anyone found a new chip like STA310 which does not need licensing?
