i'm planning to build a pair of floor standing speakers - which will be my first diy speakers. As i'm on a pretty tight budget i was thinking of a rip-off of the poor-man's-tube as reviewed by tnt-audio here
I was thinking of something about 1m. high. I'll have to saw a slot in the pvc tube to fit the baffle, width depending on drivers. I guestimate the volume of the box to be around 56 lt.
I am kind of hooked on the d'Appolito system in closed boxes sooooo.....
Any driver suggestions?
