Clock upgrade on a Marantz surround receiver

Today i've putted a kwak 7 , thing was lying around anyway for nothing, in my Marantz SR4300 surroundamp, and this was a true upgrade. Even when the original x-tal is buffered by a logic chip does not proof a proper clock is not an option.
Listening to DVD has become more a event instead of a musical/sound added to a movie. Bass is clearer, sub plays more subtle but clearer, less noise around deep bass tones. Low-mid is better, less coloured. Mids are clearer. treble more hiss-free in bad recordings. Center speaker is added in the sound stage more than before.

Use the Marantz as pre amp to Sony vfet TAN7B. DVD is a SACD/DVD player by Yamaha.

Next step is some better coupling caps and LM4562 opamps, rest i keep fully original. If the Marantz sounds good enough then keep it as a preamp for CD880, but planning a remote controlled passive pre amp for the modded philips CD880

Sorry for putting this in wrong topics. Can a mod put it in Digital Line level topics?

With the nice results plan to do a better clock in CDP as well, but the dac in receiver problably most important i guess
