One side has signal other side connects to another cap which is connected to pin1 of opamp. Without this cap amp output is very bad and also amp goes into protect when given full current without limiting resistor. I tried 105 cap and got good output. I dont know if to leave it so or find correct value.Does the amp work without it?

Looking at the image below, you can see that C2 and C3 appear to be very similar. That's not 100% reliable but you might try checking the value of C3 to see what it is.
1uf is a very high value but if it works I can't say that it's not a viable sub for the original.
