Clicking images to open full size

These can be for a number of reasons. For example, a member has tried to link directly to a photo sharing site that doesn't allow outside linking, has used an incorrect link, or has tried to attach the photo directly using a method that expects to see a link instead.

As an example (out of the original thread from which woody's enquiry was moved) the member started with the first link shown below, and changed it to the second. Then it worked. This is the way imgur does things.

"click the image to open full size" is [Alt Text]. If you see it that's a sign the image is improperly embedded in your post.
